How much is shipping?

Finally, shipping made easy...

U.S. Orders: Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the shipment. All U.S. orders are shipped via Priority Mail, United State Postal Service or UPS Priority Service. We choose the carrier based upon the most efficient way of delivering your package.

Holiday orders will be delivered by Christmas.

Under normal circumstances, you should receive your order (U.S. orders only) within 7-15 business days. On rare occasions we run out of stock and it can take a little longer that 15 business days.

Canada: Shipping is calculated by weight. Shipping method is United State Postal Service (USPS) - Global Express or Priority Service, which ever one is cheaper for that weight.


World Wide: Shipping is calculated by weight. Shipping method is United State Postal Service (USPS) - Global Express Service.

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are allowed only once if done within 14 days of receiving the merchandize with the following conditions.

1. You need to send an email (goto top of this page to send email) before shipping back merchandize for exchange, this is to check if item/size is in stock.

    - We will reply back with return address in response to your request.
    - If the item is lost when you ship it to us, you are responsible for it. We advise you to track the package.

2. Items returned must be in a unused condition mint condition.
3. For item prices below 100$'s, exchange will cost $10 + shipping & Handling.
4. For item prices above 100$'s, exchange will cost $15 or 10% of item cost, which ever is higher + shipping & Handling..
5. If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock or unavailable and you still want to return the item, a restocking fee will apply. Restocking fee is 25% of Item Cost + Original Shipping Charge.
6. If you want to return the merchandize (Cancel a shipped order) there is a restocking fee which is 25% of Item Cost + Original Shipping Charge.
7. You will have to bear the cost of returning the merchandize.
8. If you are exchanging, you can only exchange and get the same item in a different size.

How long will it take to receive my order?


Holiday orders will be delivered by Christmas.

Under normal circumstances, you should receive your order (U.S. orders only) within 7-15 business days. On rare occasions we run out of stock and it can take a little longer that 15 business days. Our standard method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail. However, from time to time we also use United Parcel Service and First Class Mail. It may take us a little longer during the busy holiday periods. If you are in a real hurry send us a message after placing your order and we'll do our best to give your order special attention.

For international shipments, we ship via the United States Postal Service's Global Priority Mail. International orders are usually received within 2-4 weeks.

Is everything in stock all the time?


We normally keep enough merchandise on hand to fill each and every order. However, from time to time, we do run out of certain products (although it's the exception not the rule). We will try to notify you, but there are times when we may not be able to notify, due to error on our part or unforceable circumstances.

Cancel Order

1. If an order has not been shipped and the customer requests for cancellation or cancels an order, a 5% or $10 re-processing fee will apply, which ever is higher.

2. If you want to cancel a shipped order there is a restocking fee. Restocking fee is 25% of Item Cost + Original Shipping Charge. We will not pay you for return of the merchandize and the merchandize returned needs to be in an unused/mint condition. Shipped order can only be cancelled if requested within 14 days of receiving the merchandize.

Charge Back

There will be a chargeback fee of 25$ if you dispute/decline the charge without first discussing the issue with us.
